Broking |

commissions paid to Entello Pty Ltd are done so by the
specific lending institution. Entello Pty Ltd clients
utilising residential property as security do not pay
directly for this service. Entello Pty Ltd reserves
the right to charge clients for specific applications
where the preparation involved is out of the ordinary.

vary from institution to institution and will be made
known to you at the initial stage of your enquiry. |
| Commercial Lending:
|
Entello Pty Ltd is often
required to prepare a commercial tender submission in
order to source lending institutions that may offer
to provide commercial finance. Due to the amount of
work required to complete and lodge this commercial
tender submission, an upfront fee of $1,000.00
(inc GST) will be charged for these services.
This amount will be invoiced to you and is required
to be paid in full before the lodgement of the commercial
tender submission.
If the loan is subsequently approved
as a result of the commercial tender submission, Entello
Pty Ltd will receive commissions from the specific lending
institution, in addition to the $1,000.00 (inc GST)
upfront fee.
The upfront and trail commissions vary
from institution to institution and will be made know
to you at the initial stage of your enquiry. Entello
Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge clients for specific
application where the preparation involved is out of
the ordinary. This will be at a rate of $250.00
(inc GST) per hour or part thereof. |

Should you wish to
source your own Residential or Commercial finance a
comprehensive lending kit is available for $75.00
(inc GST) to act as a step by step guide and
to simplify the application process for you. |

Entello Pty Ltd an average portfolio
will be formed over a period of time. Fees for
this service are based on the total value of the portfolio
being constructed and include brokerage (the costs to
buy shares for the portfolio). This service also requires
analysis of existing shares. |

You will receive an evaluation of your
current holdings in terms of the quality of companies,
dividend yields, profit positions and their current
weighting and balance. If analysis is a component of
a Share Portfolio Construction Service, a reduced rate
is applied. |
Share Transactions (buy
and sell)

If you wish to purchase
or sell your own shares separate to a portfolio Entello
Pty Ltd has constructed for you, the following fees
will apply:
Transactions up to $22,000
will be charged at a rate of $70.00 (inc GST)
per transaction. Transactions greater than $22,000
will be charged at a rate of 0.3% of the transaction
value.

| Managing the portfolio.
|
Entello Pty Ltd evaluates
the portfolio on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations
if necessary. The final portfolio can be monitored
and reported on with respect to sector performance,
company performance and market conditions. At
the conclusion of a market cycle, Entello Pty Ltd can
recommend various hedging strategies to protect the
value of the portfolio.
The first $750,000 @ 1.00% of
the portfolio value (inc GST). Then $750,001
and greater @ 0.50% of the portfolio value (inc GST).
